Let's Code Trees
<p>Let’s Code Trees is an interactive workshop where designs created using code can be stitched onto fabric. Suitable for aged 9 upwards.</p>
<p>Design and build your own tree, by writing a programme to create it. We'll explore several different ways of drawing trees using Turtlestitch, a block based programming language that turns designs into patterns that can be stitched by an embroidery machine. We'll begin by instructing the turtle to draw simple stems and branches to create a basic tree, then look at how to create more complex trees using blocks, loops and variables. </p>
