Drei Jahre Recherche zur europäischen Wohnungskrise in Grafiken
Trotz Wohnungsmangel, steigenden Mieten und mangelndem Bau hat die Politik nach wie vor kaum einen Überblick über die Eigentumsverhältnisse in Europas Großstädten. Seit 3 Jahren recherchieren wir deshalb dazu, erst in Berlin – seit 2 Jahren mit 15 weiteren Medien in europäischen Hauptstädten. Ein Überblick der wichtigsten Ergebnissse und Lücken.
Wir würden die Ergebnisse vor allem in Grafiken und Bildern zeigen. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse wären über den Finanzmarkt hinter den Wohnungsunternehmen, den neuen Investionslieblingen Micro-Living und den Datenschutzvorwänden, warum das Grundbuch nicht für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich ist und wie unterschiedlich das in den europäischen Hauptstädten gehandhabt wird.
Die Recherche hat als Wem gehört Berlin? den Deutschen Reporterpreis gewonnen, auf europäischer Ebene als Cities for Rent den European Press Prize 2022.

At the start of the invasion, our Kyiv cultural community made tank barriers to defend our city. Now we transform them into urban art like benches and bicycle racks.
