Chapeau Club erarbeitet seit 2012 immersive Inszenierungen, surreale Performances und Genre sprengende Happenings mit opulenten Kostümen und extremen Bilderwelten. Absurdes Chaos, Persiflage, Techno und Avantgarde zeichnen die Stücke aus. Ziel ist ein zeitgenössisches, partizipatives, sinnliches Theater. Als ‘König:innen’ der mobilen Performance etabliert das Kollektiv ein neues zugängliches Volks- und Stadttheater. Spielorte sind Clubs, Musikfestivals und öffentlicher Raum.
