Arianespace will orbit two telecommunications satellites using an Ariane 5 launch vehicle from the Guiana Space Center: JCSAT17 for the Japanese operator SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation; and GEOKOMPSAT-2B for Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI).
