This session allows for a detailed discussion on the topic of "Responsible AI in the Public Sector." This discussion revolves around nothing less than how our governments employ AI and other Automated Decision Making (ADM) methods to make our administration and society more efficient.
Following a brief introduction, we will transition into an open discussion. What principles should guide the administration in building their algorithms? How does the AI Act come into play, and is it sufficient? How can strong AI regulation and oversight not be perceived as inhibiting innovation?
