Wenn es um das Thema offene Verwaltungsdaten geht, wird von Vertreter:innen stattlicher Institutionen häufig Transparenz versprochen. **Wie kann dieses Versprechen eingelöst werden und Transparenz durch offene Verwaltungsdaten nachhaltig gestaltet und umgesetzt werden?**
Wenn es um das Thema offene Verwaltungsdaten geht, wird im gleichen Zug häufig der Begriff Transparenz genannt. Transparenz wird von Bürger:innen gefordert und von Vertreter:innen stattlicher Institutionen versprochen. Doch kann dieses Versprechen eingelöst werden? Wie können wir Transparenz durch offene Verwaltungsdaten nachhaltig schaffen und umsetzen?Die Antwort liegt nicht in oberflächlichen und konventionelle Lösungen – stattdessen brauchen wir eine tiefe Auseinandersetzung mit den Systemen der Verwaltung und Politik.
Der Vortrag zeigt erläutert die aktuelle Problematik anhand von Beispielen auf theoretischer Ebene und zeigt Lösungsansätze für die Umsetzung von Transparenz durch offene Verwaltungsdaten auf.
