Toloka is a traditional form of solidarity support in Ukraine, and with that in mind, TOLOCARs are mobile makerspaces, equipped with tools, consumables and makers.
Ukrainian and German partners use them in the reconstruction of destroyed infrastructure, the renovation of buildings, the production of machine replacement parts for civilian use, and for community engagement and cultural relief activities.
