An introduction to techniques required to scale Naemon like Thruk, Mod-Gearman and LMD.

When companies and setups grow, network monitoring has to scale. This talk will walk you through an expanding and growing Naemon setup from city to global scale showing what will go wrong and how to mitigate those challenges. On the way, the tools Thruk, Mod-Gearman and LMD will be introduced.

Thola is a new open source tool for reading, monitoring and provisioning (coming soon) network devices written in Go.
