Hi, ich bin Katharina Haverich, 40 Jahre alt, und das ist meine Generation: Kunst-und Kulturförderung richtig unfair aufteilen. Freund:innen stellen hier vor, wie sie Menschen bezahlen, die z.B. a) kein Konto haben b) in Bürgergeld-Bezugshaushalten leben oder c) aufgrund von Behinderung für 1,50€/h arbeiten.
Jede:r kennt das: man möchte mit Menschen mit Behinderung arbeiten, junge Schulabgänger:innen für Praktika gewinnen oder Leuten in komplizierten Lebenslagen berufliche Möglichkeiten bieten. Aber Honorare kann man ihnen aus öffentlichen Geldern nicht zahlen. Es wird kompliziert, Projektzeiträume sind hart getaktet, also werden normale Honorare an normale Leute in normalen Situationen gezahlt.
Mit 2 VR-Headsets (d.h. in anonymen digitalen Körpern) verteilen und sammeln meine Freundin und ihr:e Kolleg:innen wertvolle Tipps und Tricks, wie das trotzdem gehen kann. Für eine echte Hands-On Erfahrung bringen wir eine hypothetische Excel-Tabelle mit, um theoretische Überlegungen zu Umverteilung zwecks Teilhabe anzustellen. Ganz vielleicht bringen wir ein Monopoly-Spiel mit, nur zur allgemeinen Verdeutlichung und Einübung für Ausnahmesituationen.
